It´s blend of Bonarda and Malbec grapes offers an intense red color and violet, black and blue hues. On the nose, it has a predominance of ripe red fruit and some black fruit. On the palate, it has soft, fresh fruity deep and structured tannins.

Production yield averages 100 qq/ha.

It accompanies all kind of meats, cold cuts and goat cheese.

Ancient and modern plant genetics allow us to obtain the balance of grapes we are looking for.
